Terms & Conditions
Prices are based on tariffs in effect as of October each year and are subject to adjustment without notice in the event of any change.
Responsibility
Travel Studio herein referred to as the Tour Operator, acts only as an agent for the various companies, owners and contractors providing means of transportation, accommodation, or other services. They assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the service of any aircraft, vessel, carriage or other conveyance which is used wholly or in part, in the performance of this dutyto the passengers; neither will they be responsible for any act, omission or error, or for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, or any neglect or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purposes for which tickets or coupons have been issued. The Tour Operator assumes no responsibility or liability for errors or omissions resulting from acts of God, strikes, weather, quarantines, sickness, government regulations or any loss or expense resulting from the above contingencies. Expenses for said losses shall be borne by the tour members. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for any reason to alter the itinerary or arrangements, the Tour Operator retains the right to do so. Additional cost for such alterations shall be borne by the passengers.
Reservations & Deposits
Early reservations are recommended.
A deposit of $500.00 per person is required at the time of booking.
Certain operators require a deposit of 25% to guarantee a reservation.
Final payment is due 60 DAYS prior to the tour departure.
Cancellations, Conditions & Charges
a) For cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to departure, the deposit is forfeited.
b) For cancellations between 4 and 8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of the tour costs will be charged.
c) For cancellations under 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of the tour costs will be charged.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you purchase insurance coverage, available through your travel agent, to protect you in the event of trip cancellation, protection to baggage, possessions and valuables and to cover against personal accident.
Travel Documents & Health Suggestions
Canadian and U.S. citizens must be in possession of a valid passport. Tour participants must also ensure that they comply with all visa and health requirements of countries they intend to visit. Your travel agent will provide information on these requirements.
Final Tour Documents
Final documents are sent to your
travel agent 3 weeks prior to your departure. It includes the tour
itinerary, hotel list, vouchers and airline tickets.
Airline Responsibility Clause
The airlines concerned are not
to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the
time the passengers are not aboard their conveyance. The passenger
contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued, shall constitute
the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of the ticket.
Notice to Travellers
Travellers should be aware that
different living standards and practices and different standards
and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services
and accommodations may exist outside of Canada.
