Day 1 & 2
Maun – Okavango Delta
Light aircraft from Maun to camp in the Okavango Delta. 2 activities per day: game drives in open sided vehicles, powerboat visits to the Heronries. Overnight: at an Okavango Delta Camp (FB)

Day 3 & 4
Okavango Delta
After breakfast, boat transfer to next camp in the Okavango. 2 safari activities per day: ‘mokoro’ rides (traditional dugout canoe), game viewing by boat, game walks, birdwatching, and fishing (equipment provided). Overnight: at an Okavango Delta Camp (FB)

Day 1
Shackletons,Zambia
After arrival in Livingstone you will be met and transferred directly for a guided tour of Vic Falls. Overnight at Shackletons overlooking the Zambezi River. The area is home to approx 300 bird species and is a prime fishing destination.

Day 2,3 & 4
Chobe/Linyanti
After breakfast leave Zambia and travel to Chobe National Park. Chobe is well known for elephant and unique animal species such as the elusive puku and chobe bushbuck. Lunch is served on board the catamaran style boat during your cruise after which you fly in the late afternoon to the Linyanti region. Upon arrival you are transferred to your pre-erected campsite.

Day 5, 6 & 7
Lechwe Island Camp
Travel west into private concessions, stopping en route for game sighting. This long but interesting drive gives the perfect introduction to the varying habitats of the dry northern part of Botswana to the wet lands arriving in the mid afternoon at your pre-erected campsite. Animal activity concentrate wooded islands, open plains and the seasonally flooded channels around the camp.

Adventure camping aims to bring the guest closer to nature, by means of lively campfires, hurricane lanterns, diverse activities and a warm atmosphere. Adventurer camps are specifically outfitted to create that camping feel with a clear emphasis on essential comforts and peerless wilderness experience.

Day 1 & 2
Khumaga – Boteti River, Makgadikgadi Pans
We depart from Maun in the morning for Njuca Hills by road, on the edge of the great Makgadikgadi Pans in the Kalahari Desert. The saltpans are among the largest in the world. The Adventurer campsite is beautifully positioned under shady trees on the banks of the Boteti River. Activities include game drives, concentrating on the opportunistic birthing time of desert animals.

Day 3, 4 & 5
Deception Valley, Central Kalahari Game Reserve
Depart overland to our private Adventurer campsite in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve with lunch en route. This prehistoric riverbed, is very appealing after brief rains, as it is covered with nutritious grasses that attract herds from all over the reserve. These large congregations of desert wildlife with their young are followed by predators into the broad riverbed, all of which makes for outstanding viewing. On Day 4 or 5 we enjoy a full-day wildlife viewing activity (with picnic lunch), taking in the game-rich Pipers Pans area of the Kalahari.

Day 2
Victoria Falls
Morning guided walking tour of the Falls, magnificent rain forest, Livingstone’s statue and the ‘Cataracts’. Sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.Overnight at lodge near Victoria Falls (BD)

Day 3 & 4
Victoria Falls - Chobe
Road transfer to Chobe Region, in Botswana. Experience abundant wildlife, Africa’s largest concentration of elephants, and the legendary fish eagles. Overnight at lodge in Chobe (FB)
