Tentative day to day itinerary:

  • Book your flight to Tokyo, at either Haneda or Narita. Private transfer will be provided on your arrival. You should arrive Tokyo on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

  • Accommodations at the beautiful Palace Hotel Tokyo for the next 3 nights.

    Activities to be organized based on arrivals, but mostly it will be a relaxed day.

    Informal dinner organized at a local venue.

  • After breakfast, meet at the lobby for a full day city tour of Tokyo.

    Lunch will be hosted by one of our hotel partners followed by a brief site inspection.

    Welcome dinner hosted by the Palace Hotel Tokyo.

  • After breakfast, we organize a half day tour to experience some of the most popular activities in Tokyo, to be defined shortly. You will experience the additional optional activities we offer in Tokyo.

    Afternoon at leisure for shopping or exploring Tokyo. The Palace Hotel has an amazing location.

    Meet at the lobby for dinner. We will go out and explore local food in multiple venues at a popular area in Tokyo.

  • After breakfast, we will depart for a private tour of Hakone and Mt. Fuji area.

    This morning, your luggage will be sent directly to Kyoto. You must travel with a carry-on for 1 night in Shuzenji.

    At the end of the tour, arrive in Shuzenji and check-in at Asaba Ryokan. Shuzenji is a beautiful town. We will walk from our Ryokan to see the temple, their bamboo little forest, and its beautiful river.

    Return to Asaba for an amazing dinner experience.

  • After breakfast, depart to the train station and take our First Class Bullet Train to Kyoto. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to the beautiful Park Hyatt Kyoto.

    Afternoon at leisure to explore the area. Park Hyatt has the best location in Kyoto for walking and exploring.

    Welcome dinner hosted by Park Hyatt Kyoto.

  • After Breakfast, meet our guide for a full day tour of Kyoto.

    Lunch will be hosted by one of our partner hotels in Kyoto, followed by a brief site inspection.

    Return to our hotel.

    We will try local food for dinner.

  • After breakfast, we will have our private transfer to Osaka.

    We will try Ramen at a local place for lunch.

    Accommodations at the new beautiful Waldorf Astoria Osaka.

    Welcome dinner hosted by Waldorf Astoria.

  • After breakfast, our private guide will take us for a half day private tour of Osaka.

    Afternoon at leisure.

    Tonight, we will explore one of the busiest food streets in Osaka, and enjoy a farewell dinner.

  • After breakfast, private departures to Kansai or Itami for your flight home.
