Go to “Programs”
Select an itinerary template by clicking “Get Started.”
Choose the departure date.
Select the departure city.
Select the hotel category. (We recommend starting with Superior Luxury — you can easily compare or change hotels later inside the quote.)
Confirm the arrival day of the first stop.
Select the number of rooms (up to 3).
Edit the number of nights, or optionally add an additional city at the end.
Click “Begin Quote.”

Yes — you can customize the number of nights and reverse the route before clicking “Begin Quote.”
Once you're inside the quote, these two options are locked in. To make changes, simply start a new quote — it only takes a few minutes.Changing the order of cities or replacing cities is not currently available.
If you're looking for a different combination of cities, go back to “Programs” and choose an itinerary that includes the destinations you need — you’ll be able to quote it in just minutes.

The process is almost instant.
After launching your quote and selecting hotels and private tours/experiences, just click “Detailed Preview” to see the proposal.To personalize the proposal (e.g., with your client’s name or your agency branding), click “Save Quote” first, then return to the preview and customize.

Once you send a quote “on request”, a Travel Studio Advisor will be assigned to your booking.
This Advisor will contact you directly to confirm all details and will personally support you through the entire process — all the way until your clients return from their trip.
You get the best of both worlds: digital quoting, human booking.

At this time, itineraries must include hotels selected from the available properties in each category. The platform does not currently allow you to quote land services alone during the quoting process.
However, exceptions may be made once a quotation is submitted as a booking request and discussed directly with your assigned Travel Studio Advisor. In these cases, a hotel may be removed manually at your request.
While we strongly encourage including hotels—so we can offer you our exclusive rates and ensure full quality control of your client’s experience—we understand some scenarios may require flexibility.
🚧 The ability to remove hotels from certain cities during the quoting process is currently in development and will be available soon.

We do not offer consortia amenities, as our hotel rates are specially negotiated and deeply discounted to allow you to earn straightforward commission on the entire booking.
That said, breakfasts may be added at your discretion, and thanks to our strong relationships with our partner properties, your clients are highly recommended guests. When possible, hotel management may offer upgrades or added amenities at their discretion.

You can write a personalized welcome letter to your clients, which we will deliver to their room on the first night—complimentary.🤝 We also operate with full transparency: our hotel partners are informed of the Travel Advisor's name and agency on every booking. This allows you to follow up or reach out directly, if you wish to personally introduce your clients.

Yes. For group requests, we recommend starting by quoting the itinerary as if it were for 2 people. This allows you to easily select the desired route, hotels, and experiences using our intuitive quoting process. Once the quote is saved, you may request a group quote based on that specific itinerary by contacting us at sales@travelstudio.com.
By quoting first, our team will know exactly which services, hotels, and experiences you’re interested in for the group, making the process faster and more accurate.
About payments and commissions …

Yes. You can pay using your client’s credit card. Once your booking is confirmed, a secure payment link will be emailed to you by your assigned Travel Studio Advisor for deposit or final payment.
🔒 Note: Travel Studio does not store any credit card data. All payments are securely processed via link.
If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, that’s also possible. Your Travel Studio Advisor will provide you with the necessary bank details.

Absolutely. Every Travel Studio itinerary includes:
12% base commission when paid by credit card
15% commission when paid by wire transfer
💡 Want to earn more?
You can add additional commission to your quote after generating the proposal. Just click the icon next to “Pricing and availability is subject to change” (top right corner above the Grand Total) and enter a custom amount.💡 Note: This additional commission amount will not appear in the grand total breakdown or anywhere visible to your client. It is entirely hidden from the proposal and intended for your internal use only.📌 A 5% handling fee applies only to the additional commission if the client pays by credit card.
Commission Structure:Commission is paid on land services only, which includes all hotels featured in your quotation.
No commission applies to internal (domestic) airline tickets. For intercontinental flights booked through Travel Studio, commission is shared—you receive 70% of the total commission generated by Travel Studio.✈️ Note: There are no service fees charged for issuing airline tickets.

Commissions are paid on the 15th of the month following final payment of your client’s booking.
If paying by credit card, your commission will be paid separately.
If paying by wire transfer, you may pay the net amount, deducting your commission upfront.
⚠️ Please note:
If changes are made to a booking after commission has been paid, the adjusted amount will be recalculated.
In the event of a full cancellation, Travel Studio will apply the cancellation terms, and your commission will remain protected, unless stated otherwise.

Payment Terms:
30% deposit required upon confirmation
Full balance due 60 days prior to travel
Cancellation Penalties:
Deposit: Non-refundable
60–45 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
Within 45 days of travel: 100% cancellation fee
Your commission is always protected under these terms.

About the booking process …

Once your client is ready to move forward, Travel Studio begins the process of converting the quotation into a confirmed booking.
The best part? You’re not alone.
A dedicated Travel Studio Advisor is personally assigned to your booking to support you from this stage all the way until your clients return home.Once your client is ready to proceed, here's how to initiate the booking:
Go to “My Trips”
Locate your Saved Quote
Click on the three-dot menu icon at the end of the quote and select “Book”
Fill out the required information and click “Request”
From there, a Travel Studio Advisor will be assigned to you and will reach out—typically within 24 hours—to review the details, understand your client’s profile, and ensure everything aligns with their expectations. The advisor will then begin the confirmation process and support you all the way through until your client returns from their trip.
We humanize the process—your quote is powered by technology, but your booking is supported by a real person.

To check the status of your booking:
Go to “My Trips”
Click on the “Bookings” tab
Select the specific file you’re working on
There, you’ll see the real-time status of each trip component — whether it’s On Request, Waitlisted, or Confirmed.
Hotels are typically confirmed within 24 hours
Transfers, trains, and experiences are usually confirmed within 72 hours
You’re always welcome to reach out directly to your assigned Travel Studio Advisor by email or phone during business hours for any updates or questions.

Yes, changes can still be made after confirmation. However, depending on the nature of the change, additional fees may apply—such as supplier penalties or fare differences.
Please contact your assigned Travel Studio Advisor to review your request and guide you through any updates needed.
About private tours, destinations and hotels …

If there’s a specific experience or private tour that you can’t find in Travel Studio, just email us at sales@travelstudio.com with the details. We’ll work with our partners to try and load the product for you, or offer you a similar alternative as quickly as possible.

We’ve curated a selection of hand-picked properties in every category, but if your preferred hotel isn’t listed, you have two options:
Book a similar hotel from the available list to complete the quote. At the time of booking, let us know your preferred property, and we’ll substitute it—adjusting the price accordingly once confirmed.
Email us at sales@travelstudio.com with the hotel details. If the property is available, we’ll upload it for you.
